- Responsible for making a production plan in accordance with the predetermined standards increasing the production capacity in the least time possible.
- Responsible for achieving 100 % of the production plan following the predetermined Quality and Safety standards.
- Assigning the manpower with different tasks according to the production plan and managing workload and any risks due to workers misbehavior like attendance issues, …etc.
- Preparing weekly production reports and time plans according to the monthly production plan.
- Preparing weekly delivery schedules for the manufactured devices in coordination with the sales department.
- Coordinating site visits with the sales department.
- Writing visit reports after site visits.
- Responsible for coordination with the design department to achieve the client requirements.
