- Review project specifications and technical drawings to determine material and equipment requirements.
- Source suppliers and subcontractors for electromechanical systems and components.
- Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs) and evaluate supplier bids.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including POs, contracts, and supplier data.
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, and project teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Follow up on orders and resolve any issues related to delays, discrepancies, or quality.
- Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and project requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering.1–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the electromechanical or construction field.Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems and materials.Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office tools.Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
