• 1–3 years of experience in Foreign purchasing is a must. • Strong knowledge of  international sourcing, contracts, and supplier management.• Strong knowledge of  international procurement regulations and best practices.• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.•Excellent command English (spoken and written) is mandatory and French language will be an advantage
