Job Description

Analyze complex utility maintenance issues, evaluate alternative solutions, and recommend a strategic and tactical course of action in conjunction with facility engineering, maintenance/repair and subject matter experts , Maintenance of Design & Construction Standards , Responsible for the day-to-day Utilities Operations (Utilities Maintenance, Automation & Control) to ensure smooth manufacturing operation , Manage emergency, corrective, penetration permit/access program, and preventative/predictive maintenance of utility systems, leak detection/remediation, and supporting systems/equipment , Coordinate and direct the project planning phase in the development of projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and direction for the integration of technical activities

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in Heavy industry fields ( Glass , Ceramic , cement , Iron)

Strong analytical ability

Excellent communication skills

Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

Problem-solving aptitude

BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
