Senior Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with at least 4 years of experience, and a minimum of 2 years in logistics/freight forwarding. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding (sea, air, and land transportation).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and market growth.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and pricing strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in the logistics/freight forwarding industry.Strong understanding of international logistics, supply chain solutions, Incoterms, and customs regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.Willingness to travel locally or internationally as required.
