Property Consultant (Development)

  • Lead Generation: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels like cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. 
  • Presenting and Demonstrating: Effectively communicating the value proposition of the development projects (real estate or software) to potential clients. 
  • Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and build trust. 
  • Closing Deals: Negotiating contracts, handling objections, and guiding clients through the purchase process. 
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Tracking leads, managing sales activities, and reporting on progress towards sales targets.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities. 

Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.Males are preferred.2+ years of proven experience in Development companies or Real Estate brokerage industry.Maximum age is 33.Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.Excellent awareness of the Market.Presentable with very good communication skills.
