IT Help Desk

Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Support users in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, email clients, and internal applications.

Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure accurate documentation.

Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when needed.

Assist in system upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance tasks.

Provide technical onboarding support to new employees.


Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.3–7 years of experience in IT support or help desk role.Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.Experience with Active Directory, printers, antivirus software, and remote support tools.Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
