Staff Clinic Doctor

  • Clinical Care:
    • Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments for staff and their eligible dependents.
    • Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic medical conditions.
    • Prescribe medications and other treatments as appropriate, following established protocols and guidelines.
    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, X-rays) to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
    • Refer patients to specialists or other hospital departments when necessary for advanced care or consultations.
  • Preventive Medicine & Health Promotion:
    • Provide health education and counseling on lifestyle modifications, disease prevention, and wellness.
    • Conduct routine health screenings and annual check-ups.
    • Participate in and support hospital-wide health promotion initiatives and campaigns for staff.
    • Administer vaccinations as per hospital policy and public health guidelines.
  • Occupational Health (as applicable):
    • Conduct pre-employment medical examinations.
    • Assess and manage work-related injuries or illnesses, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
    • Provide advice on occupational health matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Documentation & Administration:
    • Ensure all medical documentation adheres to hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with nursing staff, administrative personnel, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations.
    • Prepare and submit reports on clinic activities, patient trends, and health statistics as required.
  • Professional Development:
    • Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, guidelines, and best practices through continuous professional development.
    • Participate in hospital meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.

Education: Master Degree/ Fellowship in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.License: Valid and current medical license to practice medicine in Egypt (Ministry of Health and Population license).Experience:Minimum  3-5 years of post-graduation clinical experience, with significant experience in general practice, family medicine, or internal medicine.Experience working within a hospital setting or a busy clinic is highly preferred.Experience in occupational health or staff clinics is a strong asset.Skills:Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.Sound knowledge of medical ethics and patient confidentiality.Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations calmly and effectively.
