We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architecture Technical Office Team Leader to join our dynamic technical team. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete architectural tender packages, including working drawings and BOQs.
• Generate and develop detailed architectural items and specifications for mega projects.
• Lead the development of architectural details, ensuring full integration with construction systems.
• Translate conceptual and schematic designs into comprehensive design development packages.
• Collaborate closely with site teams to ensure constructability and provide technical support during execution.
• Coordinate with various engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) for seamless integration.
• Conduct accurate quantity surveying and review material take-offs for architectural scopes.
• Offer training and support to keep team members motivated and working towards objectives.
