Sales Manager – Digital Agency (Egypt Branch)

Semicolon Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital marketing and creative agency services, who has successfully handled high-value client accounts and generated significant revenue streams.

As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term business relationships in the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with mid to large clients in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
  • ⁠⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level decision makers and marketing heads.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Work closely with the strategy and creative teams to ensure alignment between sales promises and delivery.
  • Represent the agency in networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences across the region.
  • Maintain detailed records of the sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
  • Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and provide regular market insights and feedback.
     

Proven track record in sales within a digital marketing or creative agency (minimum 3 years).Demonstrated success in closing deals worth $50K+ across Egypt, KSA, and the UAE.⁠⁠Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as branding, performance marketing, social media, UI/UX, and web development.Existing network of potential clients in the MENA region is a big plus.Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision.⁠⁠Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.Skills Required:B2B Sales & Client AcquisitionAccount Management⁠⁠Negotiation & Closing⁠⁠Communication & Presentation⁠⁠Proposal Writing⁠⁠Strategic Thinking⁠⁠Regional Market Knowledge (Egypt, KSA, UAE)Tools & Platforms:CRM Systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)⁠Microsoft Office 365 platform⁠⁠LinkedIn Sales Navigator⁠⁠Trello / Asana / Monday.com (for coordination with internal teams)⁠Basic familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics) is a plus
