Brand Marketing Section Head

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing/brand Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and lead the integrated brand strategy aligned with business objectives and market  Positioning.
  • Oversee annual marketing planning, budget allocation, and performance reporting.
  • Translate company goals into actionable marketing initiatives across digital, offline, and experiential channels.

2. Brand Leadership

  • Own and evolve the brand strategy, including positioning, architecture, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer and stakeholder communications.
  • Lead brand hierarchy and naming conventions across product lines and services.
  • Conduct brand health tracking and lead rebranding or refresh projects as needed.

3. Creative & Design Oversight

  • Supervise the development of marketing assets and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Provide leadership to internal designers and agencies to deliver high-quality creative work.
  • Review major creative outputs including advertising, packaging, social content, and visual guidelines.

4. Awareness, Communications & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns, media outreach, sponsorships, and PR activities.
  • Oversee content marketing, storytelling, and communications strategies.
  • Leverage insights and analytics to continuously refine messaging and channel mix.

5. Customer & Brand Experience

  • Partner with product, customer experience, and operations teams to align on-brand experiences across the customer journey.
  • Ensure brand coherence from digital interfaces to physical environments and customer support interactions.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand positioning.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas, strategies, and results to senior management and stakeholders.Sound knowledge and experience of CRM and Marketing platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior levels.
