1- Review Instruction to Tender (ITT) documentation to ensure efficient delivery of the final proposal.
2- Prepare Direct cost sheets including Price breakdown analysis per each item showing cost of material, labor, equipment and sub-contractors.
3- Reviewing all tender documents and to be sure that there isn't any conflict, sending RFI for any not clear information.
4- Prepare Tender packages, sending RFQ for nominated sub-contractors as per tracking sheet.
5- Setting all necessary comparison sheets for sub-contractors and /or Suppliers, to be sure that their technical proposals comply with project specs, drawings, Sow, .....etc.
6- Prepare Technical proposals when required.
7- Attending pre-tender meetings with consultants and/or clients.
8-Deliver tenders according to project requirements and company guidelines.
9- Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.
10- Quantities Takeoff for structural and architecture works.
11- All other duties are relevant to the post.
BSc in Civil Engineering. Experience up to 7 years in the same field.Cairo residents are preferred.Experience in residential and commercial projects. Experience in direct cost is a must.
