- Assists the Production Manager in different manufacturing tasks.
- Follow up the process of receiving raw materials from the Dispensing Area.
- Follow up the process of receiving packaging materials from the Warehouse.
- Follow up the process of receiving bulk and intermediate products from other Production Depts.
- Ensures process validation.
- Ensures that the cleaning validation is conducted.
- Follows up the calibration activities of equipment
- Monitors the maintenance activities of both equipment and facility.
- Reviews all documents related to the production / packaging of products (batch record, master formula etc.).
- Leads the in-process checking
- Checks the raw materials with the bill of material and delivery note.
- Leads Machine Operators, Line Supervisors and Production Workers during production.
- Ensures that GMP rules are being implemented.
A BSc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences / ScienceMasters Degree in Quality will be considered as an assetNot less than 7 years of relevant professional experience in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing is required
