- Identify sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Identify various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to identify potential candidates.
- Identify the recruitment plan after receiving the recruitment request from the Recruitment Manager.
- Effectively communicate to deliver the company's culture, mission, and opportunities to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and personalized communication, address candidate questions, and provide constructive feedback when appropriate.
- Design and implement a Recruitment request form to be issued to the hiring managers.
- Responsible for sending a weekly report regarding all recruitment processes, including the job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, background checks, and offer negotiations; to ensure the outcome quality and effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or TA-specific courses) are a plus.1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR in similar industries such as Education, Fin-tech, E-Commerce, Health Care.Experience with full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation).Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Oddo.Strong communication & negotiation skillsProblem-solving – Ability to find creative solutions to hiring challenges.High emotional intelligence – Building relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
