Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations:
    • Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and data entry.
    • Support various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Personnel Management:
    • Oversee timekeeping processes, ensuring accurate recording of employee hours.
    • Assist in monitoring attendance and punctuality, addressing discrepancies as needed.
  • Store Support:
    • Liaise with store managers to ensure compliance with HR policies related to personnel management.
    • Facilitate communication between stores and HR regarding staffing needs and employee concerns.
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Assist with sourcing and screening candidates.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
    • Provide administrative support during the recruitment process.
  • Onboarding:
    • Prepare onboarding paperwork and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
    • Assist with the administration of new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Provide general HR support to employees, answering questions and addressing concerns.
    • Assist with employee relations issues, such as performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Provide administrative support for benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and claims processing.

Job Requirements:BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; HR certification is an advantage.Experience of 1 – 3 years as an HR specialist or relevant human resources position.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability in using MS Office.Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.Experience with HR databases.In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities.Familiarity with social media recruiting.Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
