E Commerce Manager

Leads the digital commerce strategy to drive online revenue growth. Oversees operations, marketing integration, conversion optimization, and customer experience across web and marketplace platforms.

  • Manage e-commerce operations including catalog management, pricing, and stock accuracy
  • Oversee daily order processing, fulfillment, and delivery coordination
  • Plan and implement digital campaigns in collaboration with marketing
  • Improve website user experience (UX/UI), speed, and navigation
  • Track KPIs: traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and CLTV
  • Optimize SEO, SEM, and product ranking performance
  • Manage third-party platform accounts (Amazon, Jumia, Noon, Talabat, etc.)
  • Handle customer issues and monitor feedback on digital platforms
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and e-commerce performance reporting

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or Business8–10 years of e-commerce management experienceStrong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.)Proficiency with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerceExcellent project management and technical troubleshooting skills
