Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Training
- Provide accounting and technical support to Mezan app users
- Conduct training sessions to help users maximize platform benefits
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through accounting processes
Lead Management & Sales Coordination
- Handle incoming calls on the company's primary contact number
- Qualify leads and coordinate with sales team to schedule demos
- Maintain records of customer interactions and lead information
Product Expertise & Documentation
- Serve as a product expert with deep knowledge of all Mezan features
- Create and maintain product documentation and user guides
- Develop training materials for customers
Product Research Support
- Conduct market research as requested by the Product Manager
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development
- Provide insights on user behavior and feature adoption
