Job Description:
- Follow up on the daily reservations received from the agent
- Make Reservations for Hotels, Nile cruise, Airline, Tours and Transfers and follow up on confirming them
- Confirm bookings to the agent
- Communicate with the branches regarding arrival & departure situation
- Open the tourism operational file once a booking is received and ensure proper documents are sorted out correctly in it
- Revise the tourism operational file before sending it to the accounts to issue invoice
- Check invoice after being issued by the accounts department and before sending it to the agent
- Follow up on the payment of invoices with the account
