Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards and client specifications through rigorous testing and inspection.
- Oversee maintenance and operation of woodworking machinery and tools, ensuring safety compliance.
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
- Monitor raw material usage, minimize waste, and collaborate with procurement to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining production quality and efficiency.
- Ensure all safety protocols and industry regulations are adhered to in the factory.
- Reporting & Documentation.
