Eurofan is seeking a Sea Freight Operation Specialist to join our operations team. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of hands-on experience in handling export shipments via sea freight.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full export sea freight operations
Prepare and review shipping documents (BL, invoice, packing list, etc.)
Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and customs brokers
Follow up on cargo movement and delivery timelines
Communicate with clients and ensure smooth shipment handling
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sea freight and export operationsStrong understanding of shipping documentationExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficiency in computer use and email handlingWorking Hours:Sunday to Thursday – from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
