- Following Up on all shipments shipped from different regions & vendors.
- Send shipping documents (like invoices, bills of lading & Packing Lists) to our Broker on time.
- Analyze each PO mentioned in every shipment for short, shipped products.
- Review all shipping docs for every shipment & validate all mentioned data in it (such as SKUs, Qty shipped, description, payment terms, container no., CBM, ship to port, ETD & ETA)
- Add every shipment in our database after deduction shipped qty from original PO qty.
- Create shipment on ERP System matching with shipping docs 100%.
- Follow-up closely with warehouse team to make sure every shipment is received in full & on time.
- Analyze any shortage or extra qty found in any shipment.
- Sending POs Analysis to every vendor & follow-up on it until order fulfillment.
- Sending Container Analysis to every vendor specially if shortage or extra qty are existing & following up with them until solution.
- Removing shipment from database after being received by warehouses.
- Closing of each PO after fulfillment on ERP system (Oracle NetSuite)
- Prepare Vendor Scorecard for each vendor on quarter basis to evaluate shipments fulfillment.
Proven work experience not less than 7 years as a Senior Logistics or similar role.Good working knowledge of Logistics needs.Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Attention to details.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle ERP System.A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a similar field preferred
