- Identify potential strategic partners and evaluate partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners to explore collaboration and business expansion.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and leverage each other's strengths.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic partnerships, adjusting as necessary.
o Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
- Conduct market analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Gather and analyze data on competitors' strategies, pricing, and offerings.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management on market positioning, product/service enhancements, and competitive differentiation.
o Internal Liaison and Support:
- Collaborating with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and finance to ensure smooth execution of logistic projects.
- Communicating customer needs and feedback to relevant internal departments.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of new logistics solutions or services.
o Administrative and Reporting:
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of business development activities.
- Preparing reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting for the BD team.
- Managing data and information related to logistics services and customers.
· Financial Duties:
o Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts and pricing agreements.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and propose innovative solutions.
· Customer Satisfaction Duties:
o Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and upselling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful execution of logistics projects.
· Education :- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or any related field.· Years of Experience:- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the logistics industry.
