- Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, dispatch) for raw materials, components, and finished goods (large-scale machinery to small kitchen equipment).
- Ensure inventory accuracy (99%+) through cycle counts, audits, and ERP/WMS management.
- Optimize warehouse layout for space utilization and safe handling of heavy/oversized items.
- Develop Master Production Schedules aligned with sales forecasts and project timelines.
- Coordinate Material Requirements Planning to ensure availability of materials for production lines.
- Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress) and adjust plans for custom-engineered projects.
- Minimize production downtime through proactive bottleneck management.
- Plan cost-effective shipping strategies for domestic/international freight (oversized machinery, fragile items).
- Liaise with providers for installation parts, after-sales support, and urgent deliveries.
- Manage documentation (packing lists, customs forms, COCs).
- Supervise warehouse staff (forklift operators, storekeepers) and planning assistants.
- Train teams on ERP usage (SAP) safety protocols, and lean practices.
- Conduct performance reviews and foster continuous improvement culture.
- Drive initiatives to reduce lead times, inventory costs, and waste.
- Report KPIs: On-time delivery, inventory turnover, space utilization, planning accuracy.
Expertise in ERP/MRP systems (SAP) . Proven track record in managing inventory for high-value, low-volume products. Advanced knowledge of production planning (MPS, MRP, capacity planning). Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Power BI) and reporting. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to thrive under pressure in a project-driven environment. Excellent communication (with suppliers, production, sales teams).
