R&D Manager - Food Industry

  • Lead all research and development activities related to confectionery and bakery products.
  • Develop innovative recipes and products that meet customer preferences and uphold the highest quality standards.
  • Improve existing products and manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer preferences within the confectionery and bakery sectors.
  • Manage sensory evaluations and laboratory testing to ensure product excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with Quality, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.

 


Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in research and development in the Food Industry, preferably with direct experience in the Sweets and bakery industry.Solid knowledge of confectionery and bakery manufacturing processes and recipe development techniques.Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in basic computer applications is preferred.
