- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues for employees (in person, remotely, or via phone).
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with security policies.
- Set up workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist in IT asset management and inventory control.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and departments on projects and upgrades.
- Ensure data backups and system recovery processes are properly managed.
- Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Support cybersecurity efforts, including antivirus management and user awareness.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role (1-3+ years).Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, networking concepts, and common IT tools.Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems is a plus.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team environment.
