Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.Minimum of 3 years of experience in steel structures or formwork.Ability to lead and direct work teams and motivate them to achieve goals.Ability to communicate effectively with various parties and manage negotiations successfully.Excellent command of both spoken and written English, given the potential need for communication in an international work environment.Ability to analyze problems and propose effective and timely solutions.Proficient in using relevant computer programs for project management and design (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, )Relevant professional certifications is preferred.
