We’re on the hunt for a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Lizards, where bold ideas meet sharp execution. You'll play a key role in bringing our clients’ brands to life through visual storytelling across digital and print platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Design engaging and on-brand visuals for social media, digital ads, presentations, websites, and print materials
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and project managers to turn ideas into strong visual executions
- Work within brand guidelines while also pushing visual boundaries when appropriate
- Translate briefs into effective creative concepts
- Revise and iterate designs based on internal and client feedback
- Stay updated with trends in design, social media formats, and advertising
Education:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Experience:2–4 years of hands-on experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a marketing agency or creative studioTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Familiarity with digital design tools like Figma or CanvaUnderstanding of file formats, export settings, and preparing designs for web and printBasic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects or Premiere) is a strong plusDesign Expertise:Solid grasp of composition, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and branding principlesExperience creating assets for social media, websites, ads, presentations, and printAbility to adapt style across different industries and audiencesSoft Skills:Creative thinker with a strong eye for detailExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamOpenness to feedback and ability to revise work efficientlyStrong communication skills — able to present and explain design decisions clearlyBonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus):Motion design, animation, or video editingExperience working with Arabic or bilingual designPhotography or illustration skillsKnowledge of UI/UX principles
