Primary Objective:
To maximize the conversion rate from meetings to signed sales contracts by delivering a highly professional and emotionally engaging client experience that fosters trust and loyalty toward the developer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Account Executive to receive client details and prepare for the meeting.
- Welcome clients at the project site or company headquarters.
- Establish a warm personal connection with the client (Rapport Building).
- Present the company’s value proposition, achievements, and owner’s track record.
- Highlight the project’s geographic location and its strategic advantages.
- Explain the project’s masterplan clearly and compellingly.
- Present unit layouts and available finishing models.
- Showcase the project’s facilities and services.
- Detail the available payment plans tailored to the client’s needs.
- Present the unit price list that matches the client’s preferences and budget.
- Highlight any current offers or promotions.
- Share success stories and client experiences from previous projects.
- Introduce the company’s internal departments and operational strengths.
- Emphasize the developer’s long-term commitment to client satisfaction.
- Guide the client through the Expression of Interest (EOI) process and follow up to ensure contract signing.
Job RequirementsEducation & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)Experience:Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in direct sales, high-value products/services.Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets.Experience in dealing with high-net-worth individuals is an advantage.Skills & Competencies:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Customer-centric mindset with high emotional intelligence.Presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex offerings.Well-groomed and professional appearance.Ability to build trust quickly and maintain long-term relationships.Team-oriented but highly self-motivated and results-driven.Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) — French is a plus.Technical Skills:Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.Comfortable with digital tools for presentations, virtual tours, and online follow-ups.Other Requirements:Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
