Export Sales Specialist

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new export markets and business opportunities in assigned regions
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients through strategic sales initiatives
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets and revenue goals
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to international clients
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with overseas customers and distributors
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing international clients to maximize account growth

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in target markets
  • Analyze customer needs, preferences, and buying patterns in different geographical regions
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies in international markets
  • Prepare detailed market analysis reports and sales forecasts for management review

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned international accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to overseas clients
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and resolution in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct regular client visits and participate in international trade shows and exhibitions

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in export sales, international trade, or B2B salesPrevious experience in the relevant industry sector preferredProven track record of achieving sales targets in international markets
