Sales & Marketing Executive

  • Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new customers across industries requiring freight forwarding and logistics services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Solution Selling: Consult with clients to understand their supply chain needs and recommend suitable logistics solutions, including multimodal freight services, warehousing, and customs brokerage.
  • Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare accurate pricing quotes and negotiate contracts within company guidelines.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular forecasts and performance reports to management.

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.Knowledge: Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, Incoterms, customs processes, and freight modes (air, ocean, road).Network: Established network of customers in relevant industries is a strong advantage.Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Technology: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and logistics software systems.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).Travel: Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
