Client Relations Executive – Real Estate

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Specialist to join our growing team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.

- Provide accurate information regarding projects, units, and company services.

- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to resolve customer issues.

- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and problem resolution.

- Prepare daily reports and summaries on customer interactions.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.

- (0 – 2) years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role (real estate experience is a plus).

- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
