- Conduct training needs assessments and design holistic talent development programs.
- Design and deliver engaging learning solutions, including workshops, e-learning, and training sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with external training vendors and academic partners.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
- Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and tailor development plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate training records and generate reports on participation and outcomes.
- Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Support career development initiatives such as mentorship and coaching.
- Manage training budgets to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the Learning & Development field.experience in corporate training within a structured business environment.Strong background in training needs analysis, program design, and evaluation.Familiarity with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and ROI.Up-to-date knowledge of L&D trends, tools, and best practices.Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
