- Lead and supervise the membership sales team to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide guidance and support where needed.
- Implement sales techniques to maximize conversions and revenue generation.
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer journey from inquiry to membership activation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing members and identify upselling opportunities.
- Handle escalated client concerns or complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in the execution of the club's membership strategy in line with organizational goals.
- Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align campaigns and communication.
- Participate in membership promotions, events, and open house days to attract new members.
- Prepare regular reports on membership sales, inquiries, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to adjust the sales approach as needed.
- Recommend improvements in membership plans, pricing, and sales approaches.
- Support the onboarding and training of new membership consultants.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations.
- Encourage teamwork, motivation, and professional growth among the sales team.
- Ensure that membership contracts and documentation are correctly filled, updated, and stored.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams for payment processing and activation.
- Monitor CRM systems to ensure lead tracking and follow-up efficiency.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience:4–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a membership-based organization (clubs, hospitality, etc.). Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.Customer-focused with a positive, energetic attitude.Good knowledge of CRM and membership systems.Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
