- Observe, inspect & approve contractors' site activities submittals, including but not limited to: inspection requests, MIRs …. etc.
- Managing the execution of the work on site & preparing performance data information.
- Coordinate with Contractors to ensure the projects are running efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Constructive Project Controls team to ensure implementation of the overall operation plans as agreed by the Client.
- Report & take action regarding noted quality deviations by Contractors.
- Coordinate with the HSE officer to agree on the required site safety measures.
- Coordinate with other trades engineers for integrity and proper arrangement of site construction activities.
- Inspection of Contractors’ site activities & comparison the compliance with Contract specifications.
- Follow up on Contractors’ work progress and highlight any non-conformance with the Contract design documents.
- Review Contractors' submitted progress reports related to the MEP scope of work and share the data collection for preparing the Client’s periodical reports.
- Issue snag lists and follow up for further rectification.
- Other tasks may be assigned by the line manager.
- Manage testing and commissioning procedures with operators and contractors.
4–6 years of relevant experience (internships, training, or on-site experience).Familiarity with mechanical systems like HVAC, piping, plumbing, or firefighting is a plus.Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or other mechanical design software.Basic understanding of mechanical codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).Good understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, Project).
