Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Student Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling educational programs, support services, and resources tailored for students. You’ll act as a bridge between students’ needs and our service offerings, helping them find the right solutions to achieve their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to prospective students through email, phone calls, events, and campus visits.
- Understand students’ needs and recommend suitable services or programs (e.g., tutoring, career counseling, workshops, study abroad programs).
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and academic advisors.
- Track leads and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Provide feedback to improve service offerings based on student interactions.
