Branch Customer Service Sr. Executive

  • Handle the walk-in clients' inquiries (Pre-delivery file, payments file, cancellations, reschedules, Relinquishments, official documents, delivery date, construction update, redesign issues, etc).
  • Ensure the handling and resolving of the client’s complaints.
  • Responsible for preparing the different kinds of contract amendments.
  • Maintain the following communication procedures and policies.
  • Preparing the daily/monthly tracking report.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle all the client’s requests with the agreed SLA.
  • Responsible for handling all the movement units’ cases.
  • Ensure preparing the exception letters.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Responsible for updating the exception tracker sheet with the exception cases and closing the exception requests within the agreed SLA. 
  • Investigating and solving customers' problems through the company’s process and policy.
  • Follow up on the CS branch team documenting the client’s requests via email.
  • Maintain/update communications & scripts when handling different topics.

Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.Real Estate Background is preferred.Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.Excellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyExcellent ability to build rapport and trust with customers to make them feel at ease and supported.Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
