Main Job Duties:
- Collect All the Repairing orders in the system operation of the Service Center Responsibilities.
- Collect allQuality Feedback thenreporting to HQ Service Center.
- Market Surveyabout our services and other competitor services.
- Analysis the data of the repair order
- Modify the faults in repair order
- Communicate with the service center employee and make visits to the service center
- Analysis the data of the the service volume and make a summary and feedback
Bachelor Degree1 to 2 Years’ experience in After sales/Service Experience Preferred ElectronicsV.Good Command of Arabic & English language skills.Data analysis background is a mustProficiency in Microsoft Office ( advanced Excel, Outlook, Word, and Powerpoint.)
