Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will work closely with the sales team to support the sales process by providing technical expertise and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and present appropriate solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Provide technical support during the sales process, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, including technical specifications and pricing.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and technical documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.- [ 2 : 5 ] years of experience in sales or technical sales.- Strong understanding of Low Voltage Switchgear ( Schneider Electric components is a plus )- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.• Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical support role, preferably in [insert relevant industry].• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Willingness to travel as needed.
