Job summary:
The SML is responsible for leading the marketing of a portfolio of products and services that targets specific market segment of strategic importance to Naseej. As the SML you must develop a deep understanding of your products, its different customer groups and audiences, and its value positions and key benefits as it relates to different target customers and audiences. Furthermore, as the SML you will be in close coordination with marketing execution team for the development and launch of the required marketing materials and campaigns to promote your products. You will also coordinate with sales teams and customer experience teams to ensure the alignment of marketing activities.
Job Description:
Planning & Performance
- Develop product marketing plans aligned with overall company and marketing objectives and targets, and which specifies marketing activities and their respective KPIs for each product under supervision.
- Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products in collaboration with other teams (Sales, Presales, Cx, PE).
- Monitor the execution of marketing activities for your products, and report on the performance of each activity.
- Monitor the performance of your products against its targets and KPIs and develop periodic product performance reports.
- Drive marketing resources and efforts to align and re-align with product performance targets.
Customer and Competition Analysis
- Research and forecast market directions and key trends and understand how customers are impacted and how Naseej should react and benefit from them.
- Understand and monitor competitors and maintain updated information on their profile with key messages to position Naseej value proposition apart from them.
- Participate in customers meetings and events and present, discuss and influence how customers see Naseej offerings and brand.
Content marketing
- Generate ideas for the development of compelling content that attracts prospects and help them throughout the buying journey, such articles, infographs, videos, how-to guides, etc.
- Provide and/or secure the raw content and coordinate with the design and execution team to develop.
- Maintain content calendar for your products.
Marketing collateral
- Develop, update, maintain and communicate the product marketing literature, focusing on products vision, values and benefits to different disciplines of the target market.
- Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point
- Define required marketing collateral for each of your product.
- Supervise the development of marketing collateral for your products.
- Develop the raw content for collateral development.
- Develop case studies for your products.
- Trigger the development of news releases for any products whenever newsworthy information is available, an provide the raw content for those news releases.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in marketing operations, in B2B marketing, preferably in IT solutions or related industries.Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams.Strong research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.Excellent content creation, communication, and storytelling abilities.Proficiency in performance monitoring, campaign optimization, and reporting.
