1. Developing Marketing Strategies

2. Managing Marketing Campaigns

  • Working on marketing on the ground, establishing exhibitions, marketing in hypermarkets, and working on improving advertising.is must
  • Implement effective advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and apply continuous improvements.

3. Conducting Market Research

  • Study consumer behavior and needs.
  • Monitor competitors and analyze their strengths and weaknesses.

4. Managing Social Media

  • Develop and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
  • Interact with the audience and analyze feedback.

5. Preparing Reports and Analysis

  • Provide periodic reports on campaign and marketing strategy performance.
  • Use data analysis tools to evaluate results and make data-driven decisions.

6. Coordination with Other Departments

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify market needs.
  • Work with the design team to create attractive marketing materials.

7. Marketing Budget Management

  • Allocate budgets for various campaigns and monitor expenses.

8. Relationship Building

  • Engage with potential clients and partners to foster collaboration.
  • Represent the company at events and trade shows.

  • Ensure consistency of visual identity and marketing messages across all channels.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities, including content development, advertising, and event planning.
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach target audiences through various channels (social media, email, TV, etc.).
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to refine marketing strategies.

Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar roleThorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methodsDemonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and toolsSolid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desiredWell-organized and detail orientedExceptional communication and writing skillsCommercial awareness partnered with a creative mindBSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
