  • Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research, utilizing various methodologies to gather data and gain a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Analyze research findings alongside market trends, competitor activity, and the overall industry landscape to inform strategic planning. Identify potential growth opportunities, market risks, and competitive threats.
  • Utilize a variety of statistical methods and data analysis tools to extract valuable insights from market research, customer data, and internal metrics. Translate complex data sets into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with diverse stakeholders across various business units to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's long-term goals. This may involve creating business plans, conducting feasibility assessments, and analyzing the potential impact of different strategic options.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and impactful presentations and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management. Effectively communicate complex data insights and strategic recommendations to gain buy-in and drive action.
  • Employ data visualization tools to create compelling dashboards that facilitate clear communication and data storytelling for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage assigned research and strategy projects, ensuring they stay on target and meet deadlines. This may involve creating timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and developments to ensure the organization remains informed.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of complex business situations and be able to simplify them for diverse audiences.
  • Apply agile methodology principles; continuously refine processes based on learnings from each iteration, ensuring the business operates with maximum efficiency and agility

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 2-3 years of experience in research, strategy, or a similar role, with some experience in a research-intensive role like Research Executive.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key insights from complex data sets.Proficiency in statistical methods and data analysis tools.Experience with primary and secondary research methodologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences.Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).Strong understanding of business fundamentals and strategic planning principles.Demonstrated ability to simplify complex business situations and translate research findings into clear and concise language.Experience in investment analysis and development of strategic plans (a plus).
