- Develop and implement a procurement strategy aligned with the company’s operational and financial objectives.
- Forecast procurement needs based on operational schedules, events, and seasonal demands.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure the best value for the company.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contract terms and quality standards.
- Oversee the full cycle of procurement for all materials, equipment, and services required for the clubs.
- Approve purchase orders and ensure timely processing to avoid delays in operations.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand needs and specifications.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor procurement spending and maintain it within budget limits.
- Identify and implement measures to reduce procurement costs.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and legal regulations.
- Develop and update procurement procedures and documentation.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of procurement processes.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, savings, supplier performance, and KPIs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the hospitality or club industry. At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Deep knowledge of procurement and supply chain best practices.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
