Providing technical support to users and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
· Maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and workstations.
· Investigating user problems, identifying their source, determining possible solutions, testing and implementing solutions.
· Installing, configuring, and maintaining personal computers, file servers, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrades and configures.
· Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues
· Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
· Maintaining and updating technical & non-technical documentation regularly.
4-8 Years of experience in IT Support Services and IT knowledge.· Experience in Networking Knowledge (Switching & Routing). Experience with Sophos XG and home edition.· Basic Knowledge of ERP systems.· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our information systems.· Troubleshoot software and hardware issues with a hands-on approach.· Configuring, Managing & troubleshooting Windows standard domain services, including Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Hyper-V & Print.· Hands-on experience in software and hardware troubleshooting.· Good communication skills in English.· Flexible working hours· Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
