About the Role
UK Medical Clinics is seeking a proactive, well-organized individual to join our Alexandria-based office. As an Office Administrator, you will support daily administrative tasks and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across our UK-affiliated medical clinics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office & Clinic Administration
Assist with preparation and setup for clinic sessions
Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and organization of materials and office supplies
Coordinate logistics for patient appointments and follow-ups
2. Communication & Correspondence
Manage patient communication by email and phone in both English and Arabic
Schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and professionally respond to queries
Translate written and spoken communication between English and Arabic when needed
3. Team Support
Collaborate with a small, focused team to meet operational goals
Assist in task tracking and maintaining workflow efficiency
Contribute to ongoing improvements in office systems and service quality
Required Qualifications & Skills
Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written)
Excellent translation and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Confident with email systems and general office software (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Must be based in Alexandria and able to work from the office
Local university graduate preferred
