Job Description:
Lead and manage daily operations during assigned shifts
Supervise and support a team of staff to ensure excellent service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene
Provide outstanding customer service and handle complaints professionally
Assist in training new team members and guiding existing staff
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team
Communicate effectively with management and other departments
Ensure all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations are followed
Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere for both staff and customers
Requirements:Presentable and professional appearancePrevious experience in restaurant or café management (preferably in gelato, ice cream, or similar F&B concepts)Ability to lead and manage a team of at least 10 staff membersStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints professionallyProficient in using computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Able to respond to internal emails and communication from other departmentsFamiliar with monthly inventory procedures and stock managementKnowledge of personal and food hygiene standardsExcellent communication skills with team members and direct supervisorsBasic English proficiency to handle product labels, imported items, and reports
