We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition and Trainer to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for attracting top talent and delivering effective training programs to enhance employee performance and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong fit for our company culture.
- Design and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing employee development.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track hiring metrics.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in talent acquisition and training.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess candidate skills and training needs effectively.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Females preferred
