- Order Shipping: Efficiently manage the shipping of customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Returns and Exchanges: Process exchanges and refunds based on feedback from moderators, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stock Monitoring: Regularly monitor inventory levels and communicate with the warehouse to replenish stock as needed.
- Complaint Management: Address and resolve complaints from moderators, escalating issues to our fulfillment partner as necessary.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into order fulfillment.
- Customer Loyalty Initiatives: Develop and propose strategies to enhance customer loyalty, including loyalty program initiatives.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with warehouse staff, fulfillment companies, marketing, and accounting departments to optimize operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital media, or a relevant field.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Very good Command of English.Professional user of Microsoft Office.
