* Prepare and review mechanical shop drawings and submittals for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
* Develop detailed material takeoffs and quantity estimates for mechanical systems
* Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements
* Coordinate with site engineers to address technical queries and resolve design issues
* Create and maintain as-built drawings based on site modifications
* Analyze and resolve MEP clashes through coordination with other disciplines
* Assist in reviewing contractor variations and technical claims
* Prepare technical reports and documentation for project meetings
* Support procurement processes by reviewing material submittals against specifications
* Develop installation methodologies and technical procedures
* Calculate load requirements for mechanical systems
* Verify compliance of designs with applicable codes and standards
* Support site engineers with technical information and clarifications
* Collecting, survaying material and Equipment prices ,Prices Estimations and dealing with Suppliers
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering* 3-5 years of experience in mechanical technical office roles* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software (Revit MEP preferred)* Experience with mechanical calculation software and tools* Knowledge of international mechanical codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)* Experience in hospital or healthcare facility projects (preferred)* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation* Good communication skills to coordinate with site teams and consultants* Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings and specifications* Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for calculations* Experience with clash detection and coordination procedures
