-Responsible for curating product categories, collections, and homepage layouts to ensure smooth navigation and optimal discoverability of products.
-Manages product uploads, descriptions, pricing accuracy, promotional banners, and stock visibility in coordination with buying, marketing, and inventory teams.
-Works closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to plan and execute digital merchandising strategies aligned with seasonal campaigns, offers, and new arrivals.
-Uses data and analytics to monitor online product performance, conversion rates, bounce rates, and customer behavior to make data-driven merchandising decisions.
-Optimizes product sorting, filters, cross-selling, and upselling tactics to increase average order value and customer retention.
-Ensures all products are displayed with accurate and compelling visuals, titles, and descriptions that reflect the brand tone and attract digital shoppers.
-Collaborates with the digital marketing and SEO team to ensure all product and category pages are optimized for search visibility and digital performance.
-Keeps track of industry trends and competitor websites to continuously improve Almorshedy Marts’ online merchandising standards.
-Plays a key role in digital campaign launches, coordinating between content creators, photographers, and developers to ensure timely execution.
-Oversees product tagging, inventory syncing, and catalog structure within the CMS or e-commerce backend.
-Participates in UX testing and gives feedback on site enhancements to improve customer journey and checkout flow.
