1- Strategic Support & Market Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support commercial strategy and decision-making.
  • assist in developing annual commercial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives.

2-Sales Management Support:

  • Work closely with the sales team to monitor performance, identify improvement areas, and implement actionable strategies.
  • Support the development and execution of pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies to enhance market penetration.
  • build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.

3- Marketing & Product Management Support:

  •   Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Provide input on product innovation and development, ensuring alignment with market needs.
  •   Support the lifecycle management of products, including new product launches and market positioning.

4-Strategic project leadership:
  

  •  Lead high-impact strategic projects assigned by the Commercial Director, including market expansion, product launch, and business development initiatives
  • Manage timelines, budget, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align strategic goals with business operations.

5-Team Development & Leadership:

  •    mentor and develop the sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of performance and continuous learning.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance commercial capabilities within the organization.
  • Encourage collaborative teamwork and innovation.

 

6-Operational excellence & Efficiency:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline commercial operations.
  • Optimize resource allocation, sales workflows, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure seamless execution of commercial plans by aligning teams and processes.

Experience:Minimum of 7+ years in commercial leadership, sales or marketing within animal health, feed, or pharmaceutical industry are highly preferred .knowledgeLeadership & team Development: experience in mentoring and leading commercial teamsProject Management: Strong ability to lead and execute strategic projects.Analytical & Financial acumen: ability to interpret sales data, develop forecasts, and optimize pricing strategies.Communication & Relationship building: Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
